Beef Brisket
This quick and easy Beef Brisket recipe is such a time saver but there is no compromise on the flavour! In 60 minutes, you can achieve the same flavours as slow cooking for hours with little prep. It’s versatile crowd pleaser that can be served with a whole host of sides!

- 2.21lbs beef brisket
- 10.5fl. oz beef stock
- Beef or BBQ seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Cover your Beef Brisket in your choice of seasoning (we like to use a BBQ beef dry rub) and leave this to marinade for a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge, but the longer the better!
Step 2
Once marinaded place your beef brisket into your Ninja Foodi SmartLid Multi-cooker and pour over the Beef Stock
Step 3
Close the lid and slide the lock across, this will enable you to select the pressure-cooking option
Step 4
Select the quick release option and set the timer to 60 minutes
Step 5
After 60 minutes carefully release the pressure using the nozzle at the side, please ensure you move away from this quickly as the air is hot
Step 6
Remove the Beef Brisket and leave to rest for 15 minutes
Step 7
Turn your Ninja Foodi SmartLid Multi-cooker onto the Sauté option on a high heat and reduce the Beef Juices down for 10 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved
Step 8
Shred your Beef Brisket which should fall apart perfectly
Step 9
Pour over your beef reduction and serve with your choice of sides. We served ours with Creamy Mashed Potato and Corn on the Cob, but other great sides are Mac && Cheese, BBQ Beans and Triple Cooked Chips
