Ingredients

  • 2.1fl. oz spiced rum
  • 2 cups coconut milk, full fat
  • 1/2 can pumpkin pure
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

Step 1
Set the pan on a medium heat. Pour coconut milk and bring it to a light simmer.

Step 2
Add milk to blender jug, add pumpkin pure, spiced rum and spice.

Step 3
Blend for 30 seconds.

Step 4
Serve right away with dollop of whipped cream.
