Buffalo Tenders
Deliciously crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders that are soaked in Buttermilk and then dredged In a Buffalo Sauce.

- 12oz Chicken Tenders
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp Plain Flour
Breadcrumb Coating
- 2oz Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp dry Oregano
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Buffalo Sauce
- 3oz Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic, finely sliced
- 1 tsp Worcester Sauce (Optional)
- 4fl. oz Hot Sauce (Franks Red Hot or Buffalo)
- Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add Eggs to a bowl and beat.
Step 2
Add Flour to another bowl.
Step 3
Add Breadcrumbs and all the ingredients for breadcrumb coating to a third bowl and whisk together.
Step 4
Add Chicken tender to the Plain Flour mixture, then to Egg mixture and then to the Breadcrumb mixture.
Step 5
Preheat the Air Fryer to 200C.
Step 6
Once preheated, add the Chicken leaving a gap between each one.
Step 7
Spray with oil.
Step 8
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning midway and spraying again in between.
Step 9
Melt the Butter for the Buffalo Sauce in a pan on the stove. Add the Garlic Cloves and Worcester Sauce.
Step 10
Then whisk in the Hot Sauce. Taste and add Salt.
Step 11
Empty Sauce into a bowl. Add the tenders and toss together to coat.
