Ingredients

  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Leek, sliced
  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1 small head of cauliflower chopped into small florets
  • 8.75fl. oz Stock, Chicken or Veg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 5.25fl. oz Double Cream
  • 1.75oz Mature Cheddar, Grated

Instructions

Step 1
Put all the ingredients into the soup maker, except the cream and cheese, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function.

Step 2
Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.

Step 3
Season and stir in Cream.

Step 4
Divide between bowls and sprinkle over cheese.
