Ingredients

For the marinade

  • 17.5oz prawns, shelled
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/5 tbsp butter

For the sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne
  • 7fl. oz stock (fish or chicken)
  • 7fl. oz double cream

Instructions

Step 1
Marinade Prawns in all the ingredients listed under marinade apart from Butter and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Select saute on the foodi and add Butter, Prawns, Garlic, Cayenne and Stock.

Step 3
Close the lid and turn the nozzle to seal. Turn on manual high pressure for 3 minutes and then do a quick release.

Step 4
Carefully open the lid and select saute. Add the cream, stirring through gently. Simmer for 1 minute.

Step 5
Serve with rice.
