Creme Egg Brownies
These Easter Egg Brownies are joyous to look at and to eat. They taste delicious and make a great easter gift.

Ingredients
- 7.88oz Dark Chocolate broken into pieces
- 7oz Unsalted Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 9.28oz Caster Sugar
- 6.13oz Plain Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 5 Creme Eggs Cut in 1/2 vertically
- 3.5oz Mini Eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to 150 C.
Step 2
Spray a disposable 20cm foil container with cooking spray.
Step 3
Set a bowl over a pot of water (make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the bowl).
Step 4
Add the chocolate and butter and allow to melt over a low heat. Remove bowl from heat and set
aside.
Step 5
Once slightly cooled and the eggs and sugar and whisk in for 3 - 5 minutes.
Step 6
Fold in the flour and salt.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Add the creme eggs and mini eggs and bake for a further 5 minutes.
