Crispy Kale
Here’s a cracking summer salad that will slot in with any BBQ spread or al fresco feast. The Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer roasts cauliflower wonderfully and offers up the very best crispy kale

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 head of kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4-6 tbsp harissa
- Pinch of salt
- Drizzle of tahini
- Half lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Prep the cauliflower into florettes and chop the kale into bite sized pieces. Remove the tough central core
Step 2
Toss both with the harissa, olive oil and sea salt
Step 3
Roast in the the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer on ‘roast’ setting at 190 degrees for 8 mins until charred and crispy
Step 4
A drizzle of tahini and a squeeze of lemon juice is all the dressing you’ll need as this one is so full in flavour
