Donuts with Chocolate Ganache

- 7oz all purpose flour
- 1.93oz cocoa powder
- 8.75oz brown sugar
- 3.5oz dark chocolate melted
- 3.5fl. oz single cream
- 1.75oz melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 baking powder
- 3.5fl. oz coffee
- Chocolate ganache
- 1.75fl. oz single cream
- 3.5oz milk or dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C degrees.
Step 2
Melt the butter, with cream and chocolate. Let it cool.
Step 3
In a food processor bowl, with dough attachment. Mix together eggs and sugar for a minute.
Step 4
Add all other ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Transfer The dough to a piping bag (you don have to) and pipe the batter on to donut form.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 min or until toothpick inserted into the centre of the donut comes out clean.
Step 7
Make the chocolate ganache. Heat the cream, once hot add the chocolate. Switch of the heat, mix until well combine.
Step 8
Dip each cooled donut into the ganache. Sprinkle with favourite toppings.
