Ingredients

  • 7oz all purpose flour
  • 1.93oz cocoa powder
  • 8.75oz brown sugar
  • 3.5oz dark chocolate melted
  • 3.5fl. oz single cream
  • 1.75oz melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 baking powder
  • 3.5fl. oz coffee
  • Chocolate ganache
  • 1.75fl. oz single cream
  • 3.5oz milk or dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C degrees.

Step 2
Melt the butter, with cream and chocolate. Let it cool.

Step 3
In a food processor bowl, with dough attachment. Mix together eggs and sugar for a minute.

Step 4
Add all other ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Step 5
Transfer The dough to a piping bag (you don have to) and pipe the batter on to donut form.

Step 6
Bake for 12-15 min or until toothpick inserted into the centre of the donut comes out clean.

Step 7
Make the chocolate ganache. Heat the cream, once hot add the chocolate. Switch of the heat, mix until well combine.

Step 8
Dip each cooled donut into the ganache. Sprinkle with favourite toppings.
