Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 white Fish Fillets - such as Tilapia, Cod, cut into chunks
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 200 C.

Step 2
Mix the Cornflour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper together in a plate.

Step 3
Add the fish to the plate and coat well.

Step 4
Place fish in the air fryer basket.

Step 5
Spray all over with cooking spray and cook for 8 minutes.

Step 6
Turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until done.
