Garlic and Herb Celeriac Wedges
These low calorie, low carb Garlic and Herb Celeriac Wedges are the perfect substitute for potatoes. Suitable for those following a gluten-free, keto, paleo, and vegan diet.

- 21oz celeriac
- 0oz coconut oil (melted)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8fl. oz water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the celeriac and cut into 1.5cm thick wedges. Place into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
In a pestle and mortar add the remaining ingredients, except for the water, and grind into a paste. Pour over the celeriac wedges and toss until evenly coated.
Step 3
Add the water to the cooking pot then place the crisper basket into the pot. Add the wedges to the crisper basket.
Step 4
Slide the slider to the middle position then select STEAM AIR FRY, set the temperature to 230°C, and the time to 22 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking.
Step 5
Check the wedges at about 20 minutes to see if they are cooked. Serve immediately.
