Gin & Tonic Sorbet
We all love a refreshing gin and tonic on a summers evening. But let’s go one step further, how about a gin and tonic sorbet for dessert or as a between courses palate cleanser?
Ingredients
- 2 x 250ml cans of Pre-Mixed Gin and Tonic
Instructions
Step 1
Pour pre-mixed Gin and Tonic into tub. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 2
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for bowl assembly and unit interaction information.
Step 3
Select SORBET.
Step 4
Once processing is complete, remove Sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
