Grilled Chicken
Delicious flavour packed spiced chicken that is ideal for grilling.

Ingredients
1st marinade
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (This is a mild chilli powder so if substituting with any other chilli powder, reduce the quantity)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
2nd marinade
- 2 tbsp oil
- 10.5oz greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (or 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Other ingredients
- 1kg chicken divided into 4 large pieces (Skin off), with a few slashes on top
Instructions
Step 1
Insert grill plate into unit, brush with oil and and close lid.
Step 2
Preheat air fryer to 200 C.
Step 3
Add the chicken to a large bowl and add the ingredients for the first marinade. Marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add the ingredients for the second marinade and marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Step 5
Set timer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Turn on the grill function. Press the start button.
Step 7
Add chicken and spray with cooking oil.
Step 8
Cook for 20 minutes, turning midway.
Step 9
Check if cooked through before serving.
