- 2 ripe avocados(stone and skin removed)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- Handful of fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
Instructions
Step 1
Begin by placing the avocados into the blender along with the lime juice. The lime juice will help the avocado to blend and keep it from going brown. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Empty into a serving bowl and stir through the diced onion, tomato and fresh coriander.
