Ingredients

For the base

  • 2.8oz oats
  • 0.7oz granola
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the filling

  • 10.5oz soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 1.05oz sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To decorate

  • melted white chocolate
  • homemade chocolate hearts
  • freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

Step 1
First make the base - Mix together the ingredients until the mixture comes together, then divide between 4 x individual round or heart shaped silicone moulds and press down.

Step 2
Next use your Ninja Kitchen food processor and blend the filling ingredients until thick and smooth.

Step 3
Spoon the mixture onto the base to fill to the top then smooth out. Freeze for at latest 4 hour until firmed.

Step 4
Pop out of the tins then drizzle over melted white chocolate and top with a mini chocolate heart. Enjoy left out of the freezer for a few minutes!
