Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.5oz fresh parsley leaves
  • 0.35oz fresh tarragon leaves
  • 8oz unsalted butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper, as desired

Instructions

Step 1
Install blade into the chopper bowl.  

Step 2
Place garlic cloves, parsley and tarragon into the chopper. 

Step 3
Install the processing lid onto the bowl, then assemble the power base onto the processing lid. 

Step 4
Press and hold the power button and process until chopped about 5 seconds.   

Step 5
Place butter, salt and pepper, into chopper. 

Step 6
Press and hold the power button and process until all ingredients combined about 15 seconds.   

Step 7
Use immediately or keep chilled until ready for use. Can also be frozen.
