Kiwi & Lime Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 kiwi fruit (approx. 340g), peeled
- 4.55fl. oz water
- 2.1oz agave syrup
- 1 zest and juice of lime
Instructions
Step 1
Mash peeled kiwi fruit in a bowl with a fork until fairly smooth, then transfer to the tub. Add water, agave syrup, lime zest and juice, and stir until well combined.
Step 2
Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 3
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Step 4
Select SORBET.
Step 5
Once processing is complete, remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
