Lime Drizzle Loaf
A simple and delicious lime drizzle loaf cake with a sweet and tart lime drizzle and crunchy top.

Ingredients
- 4oz Butter
- 4oz Caster Sugar
- 4oz Self Raising Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Limes, Zest only
- 2 Juice of Limes
- 2oz Caster Sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Add the Butter and Sugar to a bowl and beat till creamy. Around 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the Eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Sieve in the Self Raising Flour and fold in along with the Lime Zest.
Step 4
Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper or a loaf liner or use a rectangular metal takeaway container.
Step 5
Add the Cake batter and level out.
Step 6
Preheat the Ninja Foodi max Health Grill & Air Fryer.
Step 7
Set to 150C and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Once it is ready, place the loaf tin in the centre and leave to bake.
Step 9
Check that the cake is baked through by inserting a skewer into the middle and ensuring that is comes out clean.
Step 10
Meanwhile mix the Lime Juice and Sugar together in a bowl.
Step 11
Use a cocktail stick/skewer or fork to prick holes all over the cake and pour over the drizzle.
Step 12
Leave the cake in the tin until it is cool before removing.
