Marshmallow Ice Cream
Tip: Add 2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows using the MIX-IN program

Ingredients
- 3.5oz marshmallows
- 3.5fl. oz whole milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 5.25fl. oz whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1
Gently melt marshmallows in a saucepan over low–medium heat with the milk and vanilla, stirring occasionally. Once mixture is completely smooth, remove from heat and whisk in cream
Step 2
Pour ice cream base into the tub, then place in an ice bath
Step 3
Once cool, place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours
Step 4
Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place
Step 5
Select ICE CREAM
Step 6
Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately
