Ingredients

  • 17.5oz chicken thighs, boneless cut into 2.5cm chunks
  • salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • Handful coriander leaves and stems
  • 10 large mint leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 4.2oz plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • skewers

Instructions

Step 1
Soak skewers for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Add chicken to a bowl with Lemon, Salt and Pepper. Marinade for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Blend Coriander, Mint, Green Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala and Yoghurt. Add to Chicken and set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 4
Preheat grill to medium. Set time to 10 minutes.

Step 5
Thread chicken onto skewers.

Step 6
Grill for 8 - 10 minutes. Flip midway.
