Nutty Cacao Bliss Balls
A snack you can prepare head of a busy working week. These bliss balls will help you out of the 11am and 3pm slump and keep you energised throughout the day.

- 5.95oz pitted medjool dates
- 2.45oz hazelnuts
- 2.45oz pecans
- 3.5oz smooth peanut butter
- 1.4oz cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.05oz porridge oats
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
Step 1
Place the dates, hazelnuts and pecans into the blender and blend for 10 seconds or so until the dates have turned almost into a paste.
Step 2
Next add the rest of the ingredients apart from the water and blend.
Step 3
Add the water 1 tablespoon at a time between blending for a few seconds. The mixture should come together.
Step 4
Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place them in the fridge to set for a minimum of 1 hour. Option to roll some in cacao powder.
