Orange Almond Cake
A moist, squidgy and more-ish cake. A simple to make teatime treat that yields delicious results

Ingredients
- 5.95oz butter
- 5.95oz caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 orange - zest only
- 1.93oz ground almonds
- 4.03oz self raising flour
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds
Instructions
Step 1
Grease and line an 8 inch round tin with greaseproof paper.
Step 2
Beat together the butter and sugar for 5 mins or until pale.
Step 3
Add 1 egg and beat until combined and then beat in the second egg.
Step 4
Fold in yoghurt, orange zest, almonds and self raising flour.
Step 5
Scrape the batter into the prepared tin.
Step 6
Add to the Ninja Foodi on a low rack.
Step 7
Back at 140C for 35 minutes.
Step 8
Top with flaked almonds and bake for a further 20 - 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
