Pineapple-Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 10.5oz canned pineapple chunks in juice (with the juice)
  • 7fl. oz coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well, until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2
Transfer mixture to an empty tub.

Step 3
Place storage lid on tub and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Step 4
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for bowl assembly and unit interaction information.

Step 5
Select SORBET.

Step 6
Once processing is complete, remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately. NOTE: If your freezer is too cold, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.
