Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 10 fresh Curry Leaves
  • 15.75oz King Prawns, Without shell, Deveined
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh Coriander, chopped

Instructions

Step 1
Select saute and add Oil.

Step 2
Add Mustard Seeds. Once they begin to pop (10 - 15 seconds), add Onions, Ginger and Garlic Paste. Saute 5 minutes. Add Curry Leaves and saute for 10 seconds.

Step 3
Add Prawns, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper and Water. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4
Assemble pressure lid. Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Do a quick release by turning the pressure cook dial to vent. Open lid carefully.

Step 5
Squeeze over Lemon Juice and garnish with Coriander.
