Ingredients

  • 5.43oz boba pearls
  • 17.5fl. oz cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste (divided)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 21fl. oz cashew milk
  • 7fl. oz cold water
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
  • 1 cup of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Add the boba pearls, cold water, and 1/2 tsp vanilla paste to the cooking pot. Select PRESSURE, HI, 2 minutes and START/STOP. Once cooking is complete carefully manually release the pressure.

Step 2
Drain the pearls in a colander then rinse with warm water. Place the pearls into a bowl and stir in the maple syrup.

Step 3
Add the remaining 1/2 tsp vanilla paste and tea ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until combined.

Step 4
Divide the boba equally between 4 highball glasses, and ice cubes if you wish, then pour over the tea and serve immediately. Notes: Look for tapioca pears that state they are 'instant' or 'ready in 5 minutes'.
