Protein Ice Lollies
Hold on to the end of summer with these delicious sugar-free guilt-free high protein ice lollies. This is a perfect post workout treat. This recipe makes 4 lollies.

- 5oz fat free yoghurt
- 1fl. oz milk
- 1oz vanilla whey protein
- 4oz fresh strawberries, cut into pieces
- 3oz no added sugar milk chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Using the jug of your Ninja Kitchen System, add the yoghurt and milk and pulse for a few seconds to mix the ingredients together
Step 2
Add the vanilla whey and pulse again to combine the ingredients together
Step 3
Add the strawberries pieces and mix with a spoon, pour the mixture in ice-lolly silicone moulds with lolly stick
Step 4
Place in the freezer overnight
Step 5
Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water, place in a tall glass, dip half of the ice lolly and place on a wire rack, store back in the freezer then serve
