Ingredients

  • 3.5oz fresh or smoked salmon
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 shallot
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 mango
  • Toasted baguette slices to serve

Instructions

Step 1
Using the food processor with the blade attached, chop shallot, then salmon.

Step 2
Then puree mango.

Step 3
Mix together everything adding salt && pepper, mashed avocado, half of mango pure and lime juice. Mix well until combined.

Step 4
Using a big cookie cutter, press ingredients down creating a nice shape on the plate.

Step 5
Serve with toasted baguette and remaining mango puree.
