Ingredients
- 1 shallot, peeled, finely diced
- 30oz red cabbage, shredded with core removed
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 eating apples, cored, cut into 1cm slices
- 7fl. oz water
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Instructions
Step 1
Place Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 PossiblePot with ZEROSTICK over medium-high heat. Add all ingredients, bring to a boil and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
When cooking is complete, serve as an accompaniment to turkey.
