Spicy Pineapple Coriander Instant Sorbet
This Spicy Pineapple Coriander Instant Sorbet pairs tangy, sweet pineapple with earthy coriander and green chilli for a gentle, spicy kick. Just blend and serve, no need to churn!
Ingredients
- 15.75oz frozen pineapple
- 0.35oz fresh coriander (stalks and leaves)
- 1 green chilli (deseeded)
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp light agave nectar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of your Ninja food processor and select 'Purée'. Blend until smooth and repeat if necessary. Be sure to scrape down the sides periodically with a silicone spatula to ensure an even blend. If you find that after a few blends the mixture isn't coming together add a tablespoon of coconut water at a time until it does.
