Ingredients

  • 7oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 100g ice cubes
  • 4oz coconut cream
  • 100g pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp light agave nectar or coconut sugar

Optional toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

Step 1
Add the ingredients in the order listed into the 2.1L jug and secure the lid. Secure the jug into the unit. Select the 'BLEND' function by turning the dial then press to start the program.

Step 2
Scrape down the sides using a rubber spatula and repeat the process 1 to 2 times more until fully blended.

Step 3
Divide between 2 highball glasses and add toppings if you wish. Notes: Fancy something alcoholic? Add 50ml white or golden rum to the drink and an extra 50g frozen pineapple.
