Yogurt Dipped Fruit Lollies
These Yogurt Dipped Fruit Lollies make for a healthier summer snack option and a great alternative to sugar laden ice lollies. Super simple to make and great for the kids too!

Ingredients
- 12 medium strawberries (hulled)
- 2 medium bananas (peeled, cut in half widthways)
- 2 large kiwis (peeled, sliced 1.5-2cm thick, lengthways)
- 12 standard sized wooden lolly sticks
- 7oz coconut yogurt
- 2.1fl. oz dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Handful chopped mixed nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Start by lining a baking tray with non-stick paper or a silicone mat. Set to one side.
Step 2
Place 3 strawberries onto 4 of the lolly sticks, insert 1 lolly stick into each banana half, and place 2 kiwi slices onto the remaining sticks. Place the fruit onto the baking tray and freeze for at least 3 hours or until very firm .
Step 3
Place the remaining ingredients, except for the chopped nuts, into the NINJA CUP and run the max blend program. Transfer the yogurt into a narrow, highball style glass.
Step 4
Remove the frozen fruit from the freezer and dip each lolly into the yogurt, allowing the excess to drip before placing back onto the tray and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Repeat for each lolly. Place back into the freezer for a further 30 minutes before serving.
